General Contract Terms and Conditions

Participants must be aware of the following course terms and conditions:

1. The training course offered by our organization complies with regulatory guidelines.

2. If your course includes an Autodesk certification exam, it must be taken within and no later than:

  • For classroom courses: nine months from the course end date.
  • For online courses: nine months from the course end date.
  • For Master's programs: twelve months from the course end date (even if the course includes more than one certification). After this deadline, taking the exam for free cannot be automatically guaranteed.

3. Each individual course entitles you (if specified in the registration form) to take a single certification exam. The Revit BIM Master (if specified in the registration form) entitles you to take multiple Autodesk exams.

4. In case of failing the exam, it cannot be retaken for free.

5. In case of withdrawal from the certification exam, it will be necessary to send a request (exclusively via email to info@a-sapiens.it) within seven days of the exam date.

6. The attendance certificate is issued, after checking attendance which must be no less than 90% of the curricular hours, upon passing the final learning assessment, as required. With the exception of distance learning courses, which require 100% attendance of the scheduled hours.

7. For online courses: Lessons take place on a live video conferencing platform provided by the A-Sapiens group. The user must have at least an ADSL connection. The lesson schedule is available on the chosen course page on the website. The schedule may be subject to changes for organizational reasons.

For classroom courses: Lessons take place in the classroom with a frequency that can be arranged from Monday to Saturday, both morning and afternoon. Lessons will never start before 9:00 AM and will never end after 8:00 PM. The schedule for specific courses is available on the website on the respective course page. The schedule may be subject to changes for organizational reasons.

8. E-learning courses: Lessons take place on the e-learning platform provided by the A-Sapiens group: http://elearning.a-sapiens.it. The platform is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After booking the course, it is necessary to register as per the instructions received; within 72 hours, the course will be active. The time available to complete the courses is 6 months from the activation date. Courses are considered completed only after reaching the required hours and passing the final test (where applicable).

9. E-learning seminars and webinars: Lessons take place on the e-learning platform provided by the A-Sapiens group: http://elearning.a-sapiens.it. The platform is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After booking the course, it is necessary to register as per the instructions received; within 72 hours, the course will be active. The time available to complete the courses is 6 months from the activation date. Courses are considered completed only after reaching the required hours and passing the final test (where applicable).

10. Course teaching materials: The teaching materials for courses, both classroom and online, will be available on the e-learning platform provided by the A-Sapiens group: http://elearning.a-sapiens.it. Access to the material will be allowed for up to 90 days after the end of your course.

11. For online courses: The A-Sapiens group cannot be held responsible for any anomalies in the user's internet connection, as better specified in the informative email.

12. Bookings are made online on the portal and are valid only after payment of the deposit and sending the receipt to info@a-sapiens.it. The balance of the course must never be paid after the start of each individual module, except in cases where an installment plan has been agreed upon with the secretariat.

13. In case of withdrawal from the course, it will be necessary to send a request (exclusively via email) within seven days from the date of payment made. The withdrawal request sent within the established limit will result in the refund of the entire amount paid. All requests received after this date will not result in a refund of the amount paid. The refunded amounts will still be invoiced to the registrant and subsequently a credit note will be issued.

14. The course registration fees are those reported on the website at the time of completing the registration form and are valid for the session for which you have registered. Each session may have different promotions.

REFUND POLICY

For in-person courses, refunds are provided in the following cases:

  1. It is not available among distance learning courses.
  2. The course is definitively canceled.
  3. The course is no longer available in the official calendars on the website.
  4. The course start is postponed for a period exceeding 6 months.
  5. For distance learning courses, refunds are provided as in the points above and if an analogous course is not available for distance delivery.

All those who join the course with the "Sapienza" student fee must demonstrate possession of the requirements with a self-certification. The "Student" rate is also accessible to recent graduates within six months of obtaining their degree (the graduation date is used for the six-month period, and the course start date).

The undersigned authorizes the processing of personal data according to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and according to what is stated in our personal data processing policy as set out below.
